No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases. All sales are final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at yuvaanjewels@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

 

Proof of Purchase

To process any issue or inquiry, a receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

 

Exceptions
  • Items purchased during offers, promotions, or sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • We do not accept returns for gift cards.

 

Product Redesign Support

Even years after your purchase, if you wish to redesign or repurpose your jewellery, we’ll be more than happy to assist you. Reach out to us for guidance and support.
